Returns & Exchanges

At Fabrics, we want you to love your home textiles, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and uncut materials in their original condition. Please note that custom-cut fabrics and personalized home decor items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fabrics account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully fold your unused fabric or home goods and place them in the original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned textiles to ensure they haven't been cut or laundered, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
